Make a Payment Pay Via Direct Debit.
To set up your direct debit please log in/register for My Account.
Setting up Direct Debit ensures you are on our lowest current tariff for electricity consumption. You still receive an invoice each month with the payment being debited from your nominated account 14 days later. Using credit or debit card incurs a transaction fee but there is no additional fee when you use your BSB and Account number to debit directly from your bank account.
Pay your way with SteadyPay™
By simply spreading the estimated total cost of your energy bills into weekly or fortnightly payments to make it easier to manage your budget for energy usage.
On the due date of each invoice we will deduct the balance outstanding. If you have a credit on your account this will carry over to your next invoice.
Make a Payment Pay Via BPAY.
