How do I disconnect?

Visit our Customer Portal to arrange your move out.

Please remember to close your account as soon possible, we don’t want you to pay for usage that isn’t yours.

Can Energy Trade move with me?

We’re glad you like us and we’re sorry to see you go. As a Community Energy Network, we can only continue to supply your energy if you move into another Energy Trade property.

However, we’d love to leave you in good hands with our partner and authorised Retailer, Energy Locals.

When will I be disconnected?

You will be disconnected from the date you advise us to close your account. If you haven’t told us you’re moving out, your account will remain open and fees and charges may apply.
